The Kilpi ROLLER 40-U hiking backpack has a total volume of 40 litres. Therefore, it is suitable for day or weekend hikes as well as travelling. What's interesting about it is the access to the main compartment through the roll-up lid with zipper closure, which offers a variable volume of the backpack. In case you don't fill the pack to the brim, it can be rolled up as needed and fastened with a plastic buckle. The inner chamber also offers a water reservoir pocket (not included in the pack), with a water hose outlet. The Kilpi ROLLER 40-U has a very comfortable, contoured back, lined with a foam construction that allows airflow between your back and the pack. The shoulder straps are generously wide, contoured and perforated for better microcirculation. With the height-adjustable chest straps, with a signal whistle and padded hip strap, the backpack can be secured in the ideal position for comfortable carrying. Two quick-access zip pockets are located on the hip strap. A mesh zip pocket is located on each side to lighten the backpack's construction and accommodate a one litre bottle. There are also side straps for attaching a camping mat or tent and elastic bands for attaching poles. The bottom of the pack is reinforced with double abrasion-resistant fabric and houses an integrated rain coat. There is also a valuables pocket on the top for quick access at any time. The total weight of the Kilpi ROLLER 40-U is 1000g and the back dimensions are 50cm x 26cm.
