For the fourth time, I have successfully gone through the challenging trail in the Kirishima Mountains in Japan. Although I considered this race to be a preparation for the major event of the season, the Ultra Gobi 400, my goal was to be in the top ten and not to get hurt.

After a year break, we took part in our favourite race – the Welzl quadrathlon which takes place in Zábřeh upon Morava, the Czech Republic. This race is specific because of its disciplines. Compared to other traditional triathlon races, there is one additional discipline –roller skating, and the order of the disciplines is different.

After the annual break, the classic adventure race, Jesenický tvrďák, was held again. It was organized as a Czech Championship in extreme rating for individuals this year and the whole Czech team was present.

I had been looking forward to this weekend the whole year. :) GORALMAN 2018 was the first race of this year's triathlon season. It is a part of the Oravaman Extreme Tour and the Half Ironman and takes place in the beautiful Orava setting with hilly mountains and the race passed over the Babia Mountain.

This year’s first races took place at the Pitztal glacier. Pitztal, the roof of Tyrol, is the highest glacier in the region. In two Super-G races, I finished in the second ten.

For3 years my Christmas day has been connected with early rising andtravelling to Kralupy nad Vltavou. Where my friends and I eat cookiesin the morning, someone gets punch and still before daylight. We areleaving the square.
